Corrections

If something on this site is factually wrong, tell us. Include the page and, where possible, a source. We verify against primary records, correct what needs correcting and date the change. Our correction process

Operators

Any operator we cover may respond to anything we publish. We will publish a response alongside the original material. We correct factual errors, and we do not remove accurately sourced material on request.

If we have marked a field on your profile as unconfirmed, send us something citable and we will update it.

What we would most like to receive

Documented large withdrawal experience. Amount band, operator, date, how long it took, what was requested and what happened.

That is the single most valuable information in this industry and almost nobody publishes it, because the people who have it are a small minority who won substantially. If you have it, it is worth more than everything else on this site.

What we cannot help with

  • Disputes with operators. We have no authority and no relationship that lets us intervene on your behalf. Escalate through the operator's complaints route and keep a written timeline.
  • Account access, forgotten credentials or verification problems. Those are matters for the operator.
  • Legal or tax advice. We are not qualified and will not pretend otherwise.
