Direction, and what it means
Volume movers
Volume falling while deposit count holds is a mix shift. Both falling together is players leaving. Those read identically if you only look at one number.

How to read a move
| Pattern | Usually indicates |
|---|---|
| Volume up, deposit count up | Genuine growth. The healthiest shape. |
| Volume up, deposit count down | Fewer, larger depositors. A move upmarket, or a smaller group depositing more. |
| Volume down, deposit count up | Player mix shift. More people depositing less each. Rarely a problem. |
| Volume down, deposit count down | Players leaving. The one worth paying attention to. |
| Volume down sharply, deposit count flat | Large depositors leaving while ordinary ones stay. |
This month
Duel, up 50%. Fastest riser, and the only operator with an average deposit above a thousand dollars. Fewer, much larger deposits on a site thirteen months old.
Rainbet, up 32% on deposit count down 4%. Growth from larger deposits rather than more players.
Gamdom, up 10% with deposit count up 5%. Both measures rising together, which is the healthiest shape available.
Stake, down 13% with deposit count up 7%. More people depositing slightly less each. A mix shift rather than an operational problem.
Thrill, down 43% on deposit count down only 2%. The large deposits went and the ordinary ones stayed. At this scale a single departing high value player can produce that shape.
BC.Game, down 58% with deposit count down 42%. The steepest fall in the set on both measures at once. That is not a mix shift.
What a single month cannot tell you
Almost nothing on its own. Deposit volume is lumpy at this scale, and one large depositor arriving or leaving moves a mid sized operator's number substantially.
The useful signal is a trend across several months in the same direction on both measures. Our archive exists for exactly that reason. Historical snapshots
Gambling carries a negative expected return. Over enough bets the house edge wins by design, and no ranking on this site changes that. If it has stopped being a choice, free confidential help exists: Peluuri in Finland, Stödlinjen in Sweden, BZgA in Germany, and GamCare internationally.
