Why crypto casinos do not hold one
The obligations are incompatible with the product. Mandatory identity verification, mandatory affordability and source of funds checks, restrictions on how crypto can be handled, and reporting requirements that assume a verified customer base.
An operator can build a no-KYC crypto casino or an MGA licensed casino. Not both.
The tax consequence most players miss. Malta is inside the European Economic Area. For players in Finland and Sweden, winnings from an EEA licensed operator are treated very differently from winnings from a Curacao or Anjouan licensed one.

What it still does not do
An MGA licence does not guarantee an operator is solvent or that you will enjoy dealing with it. It does mean that if something goes wrong there is an institution with the authority and the inclination to look at your complaint, which is more than any operator on our list offers.
